Deborah Joshua

I am a retired Navy Illustrator. I was born in Jamaica. I migrated with my brothers and sister to New York many years ago. During my military career I have travelled abroad to Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean and I have lived in or visited several states here at home. I have two adult children and I now reside in Cape Coral, Florida. All my life I have been drawing or painting; maybe not as much I wanted to. My favorite medium is watercolor though I use different methods of creating art. My new preferred art subject is food. Now that I am semi-retired I have the time to produce more art work. My studio is a tiny shed in my backyard; my new house within my new home where I plan to spend most of my time.
